Guests of Little River Lodge have available to them all amenities of Valley View Lodge which is just across the street in Townsend.

We were so happy to have stayed away from the oversized tourist traps that surround the Great Smoky Mountains. We loved the family suite which allowed my husband and I some privacy and yet we could rest knowing the children were safe in the same room. Our favorite place to visit is Cades Cove, so we appreciated the proximity of the lodge. Loved the choice of pools and the beautiful Little River to wander. It truly was the "peaceful side of the Smokies".

We stayed a couple of weeks ago and it was fabulous. We can't wait to go back when we have more time and it is warmer to enjoy all the amenities. The staff was pleasant and the accommodations were exactly what we expected. The place was very quiet. It was a wonderful stay.
